A “little bit” About Us / Me:

WAVES Works is a sole trader small business located in southern Tasmania, Australia. The company was established as an extension of an existing hobby “mobile DJ” service known as WAVES (Wireless Audio/Visual Entertainment Solutions) with Works being added due to COVID-19 implications and to cater for the growing number of services being provided.

Our multi-talented director, affectionately known as “JAB the DJ”, has a diverse background that includes experience as a registered nurse, technician, and video editor. With proficiency in smart technology, audio/visual equipment, online streaming, and mobile DJ services, bringing a wealth of knowledge to every project. As if that wasn’t enough, JAB has also learnt new skills as gardener over the last few years, bringing his passion for nurturing and cultivating to the workplace.

Hence with years of experience in various industries JAB has honed skills to provide services that meet and exceed clients’ expectations. A friendly and professional approach ensures that clients feel comfortable discussing their needs, and reliability means that I am always there when needed. I take pride in diligence and pay attention to detail, ensuring that every task taken on is completed to a high standard. Trustworthiness is key when working with clients who entrust me with sensitive information, and thus I have built a reputation for being trustworthy. My flexibility also allows me to tailor services to meet the needs of clients, and I always aim to provide reasonably priced services that do not compromise on quality.
